Do you offer independent mortgage advice?
We are a Whole of market mortgage broker offering mortgages from all mortgage lenders.

Can I get a mortgage even with bad credit?
Probably, depending on how bad your credit is. Give us a call to discuss your situation further.

Is it necessary for you to meet me?
No, we have processes in place that allow us to provide advice over the phone and by email.

Can I come and see you if I want to?
Of course, just contact us to make an appointment.

How quickly can you arrange my mortgage?
This rather depends how complicated it is. Most mortgage offers are received within 10 days of applying

What do you do with my mortgage application?
On arriving in our offices the application will be checked along with other documentation. The case is then assigned to our dedicated processing team who will write to confirm things. Your mortgage is then submitted to the lender, normally electronically but occasionally by post.

Is my information safe with you?
Yes, our staff are trustworthy and long serving and our IT systems have security in place. When your mortgage completes any unnecessary documents are sent  for confidential shredding.

Will you try to sell me lots of insurance?
Only if you want us to!  We prefer to advise our clients on their options rather than sell products. We do not operate a sales call centre.

Will you sell my details to other companies?
Absolutely no.  We do not operate a sales call centre and we will never pass on your details to other companies

What is an IDD document?
This is a document that the FSA make all firms give to clients. It lays out our services and costs.

What is a Key Facts Illustration (KFI)?
This is a mortgage illustration laid out in a format prescribed by the FSA. All companies have to follow the same format

How experienced are your mortgage advisers?
All of our mortgage advisers have at least 10 years experience.
